Now that the data_contract truncation blocker is fixed, the full messy_insurance pipeline runs end-to-end and finalizes — the case the WP9 milestone flagged as unable to complete. Verified live 2026-07-15: run → HITL checkpoint → resume --accept → finalized (22 raw-vault + 17 staging models, 5 contracts, ADR-0001, resolved mapping incl. a WP10 multi-source hub_partner).
