Added functionality supporting zero-delay (fast) execution, copying code from the TM_simulator.java.
(Ctrl + 6 to select, will pop up a window prompting for maximum iterations and the value defaults to -1.)
This feature is only of theoretical interest in verifying machines which take a long number of steps to finish executing.
