Add newer-post link in 6/21 quantum companion article

The June 21 entry still renders only the Older navigation link to /2024/06/20/miu-dog/ even though the June 22 article was added in this commit. Readers who land on this post can’t move forward to the latest story using the article navigation bar. Please add a Newer link pointing at /2024/06/22/tian-tian-jiu-shi-mei-yu-de-jia/ so chronological navigation remains intact.
