todo style app that keeps track of the features we plan to add to steggybot (tracks who added, date added, title+description of feature, completion/progress status, and who has staked a claim).
…ently just returns their title & description, not who has claimed it or its status.
print_request prints a list of feature requests and their statuses; print_info prints detailed information on a specific feature request(s).
