Remove unreleased section and update changelog for version 2.0.4.

Updates the project changelog for the 2.0.4 release by removing the placeholder “Unreleased” section so the document starts at the latest released version.
Changes:
- Removed the
## [Unreleased]header and its trailing blank line. - Kept
## [2.0.4]as the topmost section in the changelog.
