Description of Changes

@lawrennd mentioned updating the editor's name from "Proceedings of Machine Learning Research" to the actual names. I have updated that section to include the names.

I also fixed a typo, which stated the conference dates as 17th to 22nd of July rather than 17th to 22nd of August
