Replace Cloudflare workflow with GitHub Pages deploy using actions/upload-pages-artifact and actions/deploy-pages. Update astro config with site/base for mni-ml.github.io/blog subpath. Prefix all internal hrefs with BASE_URL so links resolve correctly under the /blog base path. Remove wrangler config and _headers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
