Adds a non-interactive
sideshow upgradecommand that fetches the latest npm release, supports--checkand--dry-run, and refuses to modify development checkouts. Updatessideshow versionand the server update notice to point users at the new command, and adds a minor changeset for the user-visible CLI feature. Validation: autoreview clean, targeted npm test run, lint, format check, diff whitespace check, and manualupgrade --check/--dry-runsimulations.
