Chart of Accounts

The purpose of this document is to guide the process of identifying the COA (Chart of Accounts) for a Mojaloop Scheme and to describe how typical transactions impact the accounts.

Was this discussed in the product council / DA, CCB etc? I may have missed but if it wasn't discussed, it would be very valuable to have a walk through before merging this in.
