CI parity: add @rdcp.dev/conformance to root devDependencies so npm ci resolves the workspace consistently; sync package-lock.json (root + demo-app) accordingly; chmod +x conformance scripts for Actions/Pages runners. Verified locally: npm ci, lint:ci, type-check, build, tests all pass.
