Hi, I’m Ernest Mołczan 👋

I’m a software developer focused on developer tools, Kotlin Multiplatform, AI-related education, and technologies that improve how developers build software.

I currently work at JetBrains in two roles:

  • 🧩 Software Developer Intern in the Kotlin Multiplatform Tooling Team
  • 🎓 Student Developer Advocate in the University Relations Team

💻 What I do

As a Software Developer Intern, I focus on tooling for Swift and iOS developers in the Kotlin Multiplatform Plugin. My work is connected with improving the developer experience around Kotlin Multiplatform and making cross-platform development smoother for teams working with Apple ecosystems.

As a Student Developer Advocate, I prepare and deliver workshops, lectures, and technical sessions for students. My topics include AI agents, AI in software development, developer tools, and technologies created by JetBrains.
