Update node engine to match Jest 26 requirements
Jest 26 drops support for Node 8/9, but @wordpress/scripts still advertises "node": ">=8" in its engines (and the root package does the same). That means installs on Node 8/9—which the package explicitly claims to support—will now fail or be blocked once this dependency is picked, even though the upgrade is only meant to address a vulnerability. Please either raise the engine constraint alongside this bump or keep Jest on a Node‑8‑compatible major so supported environments don’t break.
