Adds Rustty to the Tools section.
Rustty is a cross-platform, open-source SSH/SFTP/RDP client and connection manager built with Rust (russh): GPU terminal (xterm.js), SSH tunnels (local/remote/SOCKS), ProxyJump, KeePass/keyring and a visual known_hosts manager.
Why include it: an actively maintained, documented SSH client/connection manager, complementing existing entries such as
redial.
