Senior Full-Stack Engineer & Team Lead — I build production-grade fintech and SaaS platforms for global clients
I help founders ship investor-ready MVPs in weeks. Over the past 9+ years I've delivered safety-critical and mission-critical applications for clients across the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, Indonesia, Singapore, and India — and today I lead a team of 10 engineers doing the same.
My specialty is taking products the whole way: from a napkin sketch (or a half-finished prototype) to a scalable system running in production with real users on it.
- 🚀 MVPs for founders — scoped tight, shipped fast, built on an architecture that survives the next funding round
- 🔧 Rescue & rebuild — inherited codebases and early prototypes stabilized into production systems serving hundreds to thousands of users
- 📈 Fintech & trading systems — market data pipelines, backtesting engines, real-time analytics dashboards
- 🏢 SaaS platforms — multi-tenant, compliance-heavy systems: HR, healthcare, e-commerce, marketplaces
- 👥 Team leadership — architecture, code review culture, and mentoring across a distributed team of 10 developers
- 🌱 Going deeper on AI/LLM integrations, Go, and Rust
- 💬 Ask me about Node.js, NestJS, React/Next.js, system design, scaling, and leading engineering teams

Code is a liability, not an asset. The best solution is the smallest amount of well-designed code that solves the actual problem — so I spend real time on requirements before writing anything, and I'm not shy about pushing back on scope when it saves a project.
Day to day that means:
- Clean architecture and clear service boundaries — systems the next engineer can understand in a day, not a month
- TDD/BDD where it earns its keep, CI/CD everywhere
- Agile with the ceremony dialed to what the team actually needs — code reviews and pair programming over process theater
- Fail fast and loudly: validate at the boundaries, make failure modes explicit, design for observability from day one
Always open to talking about ambitious products, hard engineering problems, or your half-finished prototype that needs to become real.
