fix(show): default to the top-of-status commit, not raw HEAD - #176

When the branch tip is a merge of a hidden local- branch, HEAD is that merge rather than the commit shown at the top of loom status. Make show with no target pick the integration-line tip, skipping merges and hidden branches, and fall back to HEAD outside an integration branch.
