This builds upon @silverdyne's recent commits to include selecting within and around both single and double quote scopes.
select_bracket_textobjectwas renamed and edited to reflect and support the new quotes case.If there are any issues with the code (implementation-wise or choice of function location), just let me know and I'll get to fixing it when I can.
