- Upgraded lockfile version from 6.0 to 9.0. - Restructured dependencies and devDependencies sections for improved clarity and organization. - Removed outdated dependency specifications and ensured compatibility with the latest package versions.
- Changed MiniMax API base URL from "https://api.minimax.io/v1" to "https://api.minimaxi.com/v1" across multiple files for consistency. - Added new tools and compatibility aliases in the gateway_builtin_tools.go file to improve functionality. - Updated Docker Compose configuration to use the latest Jaeger image. - Enhanced the TTS page and provider form dialog with improved structure and localization support.

Added internationalization language support to the project, temporarily supporting English and Chinese (Simplified), with the ability to add support for additional languages in the future.
