• you select the workout you wish to start
• After the workout is selected, the bot displays the activities that comprises the selected workout.
• The first activity description is displayed
• The bot asks you to validate when the activity is done.
• Until each activity is done, the bot shows you the next activity.
• You have an option to cancel the workout.
• The bot congratulates you for completing all the workout.
