Thanks for looking into this again!! As far as I can see, the condalock files are still missing the pip dependencies (-> the drevalpy dependency). https://community.seqera.io/t/condalock-files-generated-by-wave/2508/4 |

I think I found a way of keeping the pip dependencies by switching the build-template, but unfortunately I ran then into other hurdles on the way... but I will keep working on this. Since the conda containers are working (see passing tests) and listed in the |
