What does this Pull Request accomplish?
Update the VISA example README files to say which version of NI-VISA is required for gRPC, and that the NI-VISA gRPC Runtime package must be installed.
Why should this Pull Request be merged?
If you have an older version of NI-VISA or you don't have the NI-VISA gRPC Runtime package, you get
VI_ERROR_RSRC_NFOUND, which is an error that has many other potential reasons.Context: AB#3933185
