Monthly technical review summarizing all 59 commits to the repository from Feb 10 – Mar 10, 2026. Covers the v0.55.0 release cycle (8 RCs → final), organized into:

• Features: Sensitive data management (x-radius-sensitive annotation with encryption/redaction), deployment engine image publishing, dynamic-rp RBAC for Dapr recipes, gopls MCP server
• Defect fixes: CLI output format errors, rad app graph -o json, Helm upgrade value preservation, RC-to-RC upgrade support, Gosec SARIF output
• Build/CI: Bicep-types submodule removal + pnpm migration (largest change — 36 files), Go 1.26 upgrade, Azure tenant migration, doc-only change detection, workflow summary job
• Test reliability: Race condition fixes in controller reconciler tests, flaky assertion improvements, preflight test consolidation
• Documentation: Deployment engine and state persistence architecture docs with Mermaid diagrams, 3 new Copilot agent skills (architecture documenter, contributing docs updater, issue investigator)
