  Remove support for older Java EE and webapp-javax modules (see #171 as background). Minimum Java version for 2.0.0 release is Java 21. Also other dependency library versions are analyzed and upgraded as needed for the 2.0.0 release. No actual new feature on this release (release 2.1.0 is for those after 2.0.0 has been released).
