This PR removes the legacy GitHub Pages deployment workflow now that the site is deployed via Vercel.
Changes:
- Deleted the
.github/workflows/deploy.ymlworkflow that built and deployed static output to GitHub Pages.

We use Vercel, so this is not needed.
