docs: replace placeholder legal pages

• replace the placeholder privacy policy copy with real product-specific policy language
• replace the placeholder terms page with concrete acceptable-use and liability language
• keep the existing page structure and contact route intact

Hi! Quick check-in on this PR: the branch is still small, docs-only, and clean from my side. I revalidated the changed legal pages locally with ESLint, TypeScript, and git diff --check, so if there is no further feedback this should be ready for review and merge.
