feat: advanced sorting and card rating system

This PR implements advanced sorting and filtering capabilities for portfolios, aligning with features found in competitors like Card Ladder and Collectr.

Changes:

• Advanced Sorting: Added a dropdown to sort items by Value (High-Low), Gain (High-Low), Name (A-Z), or Recently Added.
• Card Rating System: Users can now rate cards (1-5 stars) directly in the item detail panel. Ratings are displayed in the collection list for quick identification.
• Enhanced UI: Improved the portfolio header layout to accommodate sorting and search filters, with specific mobile optimizations for better usability on small screens.

This improvement enhances the collection management experience, allowing power users to organize and analyze their portfolios more effectively.
