Note

Adds new metadata fields to entities and bumps package version.

• Transactions: Extend Entity with phone_number, tax_number, and naics2017 in transactions.py
• Versioning: Bump version to 5.3.0 in __init__.py, setup.py, and setup.cfg
• Build tooling: Makefile cleanup uses rm -fr for *.egg artifacts
