I added a comment to the github issue about no longer distributing the man page. Let's wait for the response there before bundling a copy of the man page. Since the vulnerability that 8.6.0 release fixed was with openssl code, which we don't use, I think it's fine to keep on 8.5.0 for a bit longer. |

bump curl to 8.8.0.
As discussed on irc, curl.1 manpage has to be generated manually and is thus included.
