Add logic to automatically download and bind Chrome version 145.0.7632.116 to the AI sandbox. This ensures stable tour execution with a consistent browser version. Remove the duplicated Chrome provisioning and wrapper logic from the AI plugin and use the centralized implementation in odev core.
