Which issue does this PR close?

• Closes Improve UI of Terms of Service Page #1834

Rationale for this change

The Terms of Service page had an oversized green header section that looked bulky and unpolished. Reducing its vertical height improves readability, creates a cleaner layout, and aligns the page design with the rest of the AgriTech theme.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Reduced padding and vertical height of the green header/banner.
• Adjusted heading, subtitle, and “Last updated” text sizes for compact display.
• Slimmed down the “Back to Home” button for consistency with the reduced header.
• Maintained responsive behavior across devices.

Are these changes tested?

Yes. The updated header was tested on desktop, tablet, and mobile:

• Banner height is reduced and visually cleaner.
• Text remains readable and aligned.
• Back to Home button functions correctly.

Are there any user-facing changes?

Yes. Users will see a slimmer green header section with compact text and button styling, resulting in a more professional and less bulky Terms of Service page.
