Rationale for this change
The Terms of Service page had an oversized green header section that looked bulky and unpolished. Reducing its vertical height improves readability, creates a cleaner layout, and aligns the page design with the rest of the AgriTech theme.

Yes. Users will see a slimmer green header section with compact text and button styling, resulting in a more professional and less bulky Terms of Service page.
