Rationale for this change

The Supply Chain Support page lacked a footer, making navigation and branding inconsistent. Adding a footer improves usability, provides quick access to links, and aligns with the AgriTech theme across all pages.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Added a responsive footer with:
  • Project name and description
  • Quick navigation links
  • Social media icons
  • Newsletter subscription field
• Styled footer to match AgriTech’s design system.
