Rationale for this change

The Supply Chain Support page lacked a top navigation bar, reducing usability and consistency. Adding a navbar improves navigation and aligns the page with the AgriTech theme.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Integrated existing navbar component at the top of Supply Chain Page.
• Added links: Home, Services, Pricing, Contact.
• Applied consistent styling and responsive behavior.
