Rationale for this change

The Select a Farm Page lacked a footer, making navigation and branding inconsistent with other pages. Adding a footer improves usability, provides quick access to links, and aligns with the TerraProbe theme.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Added a responsive footer with:
  • Project name and description
  • Quick navigation links
  • Social media icons
• Styled footer to match TerraProbe’s design system.

• Footer displays consistently at the bottom.
• Links and icons are functional.

Yes. Users now see a footer on the Select a Farm Page, providing branding, navigation, and social links consistent with other pages.
