Rationale for this change

The Supply Chain Support page lacked a footer, making navigation and branding inconsistent. Adding a footer improves usability, provides quick access to links, and aligns with the AgriTech theme across all pages.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Added responsive footer with:
  • Project name and description
  • Quick navigation links
  • Social media icons
• Styled footer to match AgriTech’s dark theme.

Are these changes tested?

Yes. Verified on desktop and mobile:

• Footer displays consistently at the bottom.
• Links and icons are functional.
• Layout adapts cleanly on smaller screens.

Are there any user-facing changes?

Yes. Users now see a footer on the Supply Chain Support page, providing branding, navigation, and social links consistent with other pages.
