The navbar on the Smart Loan Eligibility Guide page was not functioning properly. Links (Home, About, Blog, Contact) were unresponsive or not routing correctly. This fix ensures consistent navigation and improves usability.

What changes are included in this PR?

• Verified and corrected link paths for all navbar items.
• Ensured responsive behavior across screen sizes.
• Added hover and active state styling for better UX.
