Measured SUV min, median, and max for all 17 DRO phantoms using 3D Slicer's PET-IndiC extension (QuantitativeIndicesTool) with the DICOMPETSUVPlugin for SUVbw volume loading. Results, reproducible script, and documentation stored in submissions/Slicer-PETIndiC/.

A bug was found in Slicer-PETDICOMExtension's DICOMRWVMPlugin where vtkImageMathematics preserved int16 data type during SUV conversion, truncating fractional values (e.g., 0.2 -> 0). Fix submitted upstream: QIICR/Slicer-PETDICOMExtension#27

5 of 17 DROs pass; remaining 12 indicate gaps in the PETDICOMExtension handling of various DICOM encoding variations (units, dose, decay correction, radiopharmaceutical time edge cases).

@alexzwanenburg - the original maintainers of the Slicer plugin are not available to participate directly, so it won't be reviewed further - feel free to merge.
