docs(spec): neutralize spec — remove vendor branding and internal GTM#14

Make the v0.1 spec read as a vendor-neutral standard: drop the company 'why us' section, the adoption-strategy/moat and competitor-risk sections, and the internal MVP-mapping appendix; de-brand the glossary, worked example, and schema example domains. Keep the protocol (§2-§3), the reference-implementation plan (§4), technical open questions, and the worked example intact. Fix ADR 0001 cross-references.
