Correct GitHub results-storage warnings so audit mode reports what would be denied while block-mode behavior and machine-readable evidence remain unchanged.
Add regression coverage, document the five trusted endpoints and separate account limit, and bump both version authorities to v0.9.1 in the same reviewed change.
