Add the on-disk types for environment-scoped external secrets: the SecretProviderType union (hashicorp-vault-cloud/server, aws-secrets-manager, azure-key-vault), per-provider secret variable shapes (path / secretName / vaultName), and the ExternalSecrets block on Environment.
