Requires:

feat: rewrite of the openid package common-sdk#246
the removal of replace github.com/openkcm/common-sdk => ../common-sdk from go.mod

This PR:

adopts the new openid package from common-sdk
caches the well known OpenID configuration
caches the token introspection result
