Firefox 153+ detects -webkit-scrollbar width/height and disables overlay scrollbar. Hide it from Firefox to have consistent scrollbars in dark and light mode. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1977511
All browser support scrollbar-color since 2024. It is better and makes scrollbars consistent in dark and light mode in Helium browser or on android because of overlay scrollbars.

Make scrollbars look the same in dark and light mode by using scrollbar-color and allow to use overlay scrollbars in dark mode
