Summary

  • Two phrase tweaks in `src/sections/GoingLocal.tsx`:
    • "we have been building it" -> "we have been building toward it" (acknowledges roadmap-not-shipped)
    • Insert a sentence describing what the web app actually does today (approval-gated, audit-anchored) and what the desktop+Ollama build on the roadmap adds (local inference)
  • Gemma 4 / iPhone 17 Pro / 40 tps stats untouched because those are Google product facts, not Operator Uplift product claims

Why

Test plan

  • `pnpm check` (4/4)
  • `pnpm exec tsc --noEmit` (clean)

The "Industry Shift" section claimed "we have been building it since
July 2025" where "it" was the local-first AI direction Gemma 4 just
validated. Read in context, the implication was that Operator Uplift
ships local-first today.

Soften two phrases to match what actually shipped vs roadmap:
- "we have been building it" -> "we have been building toward it"
- Insert a clarifying sentence about the present-tense web-app
  posture (approval-gated, audit-anchored) and the desktop+Ollama
build on the roadmap that takes inference local.

The Gemma 4 industry context (40 tps on iPhone 17 Pro, no cloud)
remains unchanged because that's a Google product fact, not an
Operator Uplift product claim.

Verification:
- pnpm check (4/4)
- pnpm exec tsc --noEmit (clean)
