This pull request aims to bring over a new option to give users a choice between Sonic Origins' Coin System or the original lives system instead. This is planned to be used in the new Gameplay Settings option in the Settings menu, giving users a choice between one or the other, with no plans of making it in the main game's pause menu to avoid potential scenarios where a user would use the coins system in the special stages rather than the lives system. This pull request also adds in special config settings for the Browser config in HTML5, alongside minor changes to the macros. None of this is final but it does work, this will not be merged into the main repo unless all bugs associated with it are cleaned up.
