TestFlow is an internal WordPress plugin that assists moderators in running weekly Test Team sessions. It provides message templates with one-click copy, a participant tracker, and a session timer — reducing copy-paste overhead and keeping the session on track.
- Patch Testing Scrub — weekly 1-hour session where the moderator assigns Trac tickets to contributors for patch testing
- Test Chat — bi-weekly 1-hour team chat covering agenda discussions, ecosystem announcements, and a call for testing (coming soon)

- Clone or copy the plugin into
wp-content/plugins/testflow/ - Activate the plugin from the WordPress admin Plugins screen
- Navigate to TestFlow in the admin sidebar
