feat: add lessons management UI with CRUD operations

Added complete lesson management functionality with pages for listing, viewing, creating, and editing lessons within tenant workspaces.

What changed?

• Created lesson listing page with week-based navigation and filtering by student/tutor
• Added lesson detail page showing lesson information with complete/cancel actions for tutors and admins
• Built lesson creation form for admins to schedule new lessons with automatic tutor assignment from student records
• Implemented lesson editing functionality for admins to modify scheduled lessons
• Added lesson navigation link to tenant workspace navigation
• Created comprehensive API query hooks for lesson CRUD operations and lifecycle management
• Added datetime utility functions for local timezone handling and week calculations
• Implemented form validation schemas for lesson creation, updates, and date range filtering

How to test?

1. Navigate to /t/[tenant]/lessons to view the lesson listing with week navigation
2. Use student and tutor filters to narrow down lesson results
3. Click "New lesson" as an admin to create lessons (requires students with assigned tutors)
4. View individual lessons at /t/[tenant]/lessons/[id] and test complete/cancel actions
5. Edit scheduled lessons via the edit link on lesson detail pages
6. Verify role-based permissions (admins can create/edit, tutors can complete/cancel)

Why make this change?

This implements the core lesson management functionality needed for the tutoring platform, allowing organizations to schedule, track, and manage tutoring sessions. The week-based view provides an intuitive interface for viewing upcoming and past lessons, while the role-based permissions ensure proper access control for different user types.
