I want to find or develop a software that is similar to a screenshot tool, but the main function is OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to recognize the text in the screenshot area.
I recently became addicted to reading Chinese web novels, but the subscription cost is too high. Luckily, there are some websites that share the novel content for free (at the moment).
