Updated all third-party dependencies to their latest available versions. Ran `govulncheck` to ensure no new vulnerabilities were introduced. Standard library vulnerabilities exist due to the Go version in the environment but no third-party vulnerabilities were found. Verified with `make test` and `golangci-lint`.
