Add mkdocs-material pip package to CI workflow and Makefile for local dev. Add KDocs page with material/book-open-page-variant icon to the docs site navigation, redirecting to the Dokka-generated API docs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
