No docs update needed in the Tapes documentation.

This PR updates the Masterblaster (mb) README with comprehensive user-facing documentation including installation, jcard.toml configuration reference, CLI commands, and architecture overview. However:

1. The Tapes repository (papercomputeco/tapes) contains no documentation about Masterblaster, StereOS, or mixtapes - Tapes is a separate product for agentic telemetry.

2. The papercomputeco/stereos.ai documentation repository referenced in the workflow does not exist or is not accessible.

3. This PR is self-contained - the README changes are within the Masterblaster repository itself and don't require corresponding updates elsewhere.

If a StereOS documentation site exists at a different location and should reference these Masterblaster features, please provide the correct repository location.
