feat(ui): add themed glass drawer chrome

Summary

• Adds shared NovaSheetChrome glass/chrome helper for native and Compose bottom sheets.
• Updates Portable Chrome/PSP theme picker, themed focus/accent resources, and sheet transparency contracts.
• Keeps the branch Android-only; Deck client/docs/spike changes from local master are excluded.

Test plan

Notes

• Branch was created from origin/master in isolated worktree /home/papi/.config/superpowers/worktrees/nova/feat-android-themed-glass-drawer.
• The isolated worktree required git submodule update --init --recursive for moonlight-core before the APK assemble gate could run.
