fill，6.69倍，使用parallel_for
saxpy，1.05倍，使用parallel_for，不知道为什么提升很小
sqrtdot，3.78倍，使用parallel_reduce，因为使用并行，精度损失更小，和原答案不一样
minvalue，6.60倍，使用parallel_reduce
magicfilter，1.49倍，按照课程上的优化进行编写
scanner，1.91倍，使用parallel_scan
